It is imperative that your trailier is periodically checked and adjusted to maximize the life expectancy as well as to insure the drivability of the complete unit as a combination. Overall Service for Single 3.5K Axles includes:
  • Removal of brake drums or idler hubs and perform a thorough cleaning and inspection of bearings and races
  • Bearings and races will automatically be replaced if needed, additional part and labor fees will apply
  • Repack bearings
  • Seals are an automatic replacement
  • Comprehensive visual inspection of hubs, entire brake assembly including pads, magnets and all moving parts
  • Sand inside of brake drums (only if needed)
  • Brake shoes, magnets and/or whole brake assembly replacement will require customer approval and notified of additional parts and labor fees that will apply
  • Brake adjustment
  • Visual inspection of axle seats, leaf springs, axle beam and axle spindle
  • Visual inspection of hinges, doors, ramp, floor, coupler and frame welds
  • Lubricate where needed
  • Check tire air pressure on all tires
  • Manually inspect jack, brake-away kit, electrical wiring and lights (allotted 1 hour labor)
  • Non-working lights will be fixed or replaced automatically and additional parts and labor fees will apply
