Lexington Trailer & Hitch, LLC (formally Lexington Hitch & Trailer, Inc. established in 1995) was acquired July 28, 2008 by Brian & Tammy Wiese a local Lexington family. Brian & Tammy wanted to continue to serve the Greater Lexington area with quality products and services that our customers have relied on. Our location and service dates back to 1953 when Oliver Trailers offered specialized trailer service and parts to the Greater Lexington area. The concept in the beginning started as a small local family owned Trailer Repair Shop that provides quality services and products.
Our customers remember the earliest days and count on us to continue this business tradition. Since then our services, facilities and customer base has expanded to better serve our customers from all over the country and Canada. However still today, the original concept of offering quality service and products is our top priority. We have maintained a steady customer base and local family owned operation that continues to strive for excellence to provide each and every customer with quality services and products.
Since July 2008, Lexington Trailer & Hitch has become a dealer for Wells Cargo Trailers, R&R Aluminum Trailers and Sno-Way Snow Plow & Salt Spreaders. We have increased our inventory stock with a large variety of towing accessories, lights, hitches, locks, fenders, tires, wheels, brake assemblies, brake components, idler hubs, brake drums, axles and axle components. In September 2009, Lexington Trailer & Hitch received authorization to manufacturer trailers and provide VIN Numbers with Certificate of Origin.
We started this business years ago with the simple concept of taking care of the customer. Today, we continue with this tradition and we want you to be so thrilled with your purchase that you will tell a friend or family member about us. We understand in order for this to happen we have to deliver superior service wrapped around outstanding value.

Directions from I-75 North:
Take I-75 South to Exit 115 (922/Newtown Pike) and stay right off Exit 115. Follow Newtown Pike to New Circle Road make a right onto New Circle Road and follow around to Exit 5A the FIRST Versailles Road Exit toward downtown Lexington. Count EIGHT Stop Lights and prepare to turn Left between Hill Crest Baptist Church and C-Worth Restaurant Equipment. Lexington Trailer & Hitch is back in the corner.
Directions from I-75 South:
Take I-75 North to Exit 104 toward Lexington/Athens. Turn LEFT onto ATHENS BOONESBORO RD/KY-418 W. ATHENS BOONESBORO RD/KY-418 W becomes RICHMOND RD. RICHMOND RD becomes E MAIN ST/US-25 BR N/US-421 BR N. Turn LEFT onto S BROADWAY/US-27/US-60 BR/US-68. Turn RIGHT onto W HIGH ST/US-60 BR W. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday by Appointment Only.
Beginning in April our Hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
During the Winter Months for Snow Plow Repair we offer 24 Hour Service 24/7 as long as there is 2" of snow or more!
